About the Author:
Christine Krahn-Matias has been an early years teacher for 20 years. She is passionate about advocating for children, animals, and the environment.
As an educator, she feels that there is a lack of knowledge surrounding the treatment of animals as well as about readily available non-dairy alternatives.
About the Illustrator:
Pat Danino Mayer is a Winnipeg watercolour artist who has been painting for over 30 years. She recently discovered alcohol inks a and was inspired to incorporate this medium into her artwork. She thoroughly enjoyed creating the illustrations that complement this book's thought-provoking subject matter.
